These terms cover this website and the waitlist. The piercloud service itself is under development: it will get its own service terms before the first customer is on board.
This website
- The site is provided as-is, to explain piercloud and to collect waitlist requests.
- Nothing here is an offer of service. Availability, pricing and features may change before launch, and no warranty of uninterrupted availability is given.
The waitlist
- A waitlist request is not a contract and does not guarantee access. Invitations are sent in batches, at our discretion.
- Submit only your own address, and do not abuse or automate the form (it is protected by an anti-bot check, and requests that fail it are rejected).
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully: no spam, malware, attacks on others, or illegal content.
- You are responsible for what you host and for keeping your account credentials safe.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
Changes and applicable law
- We may update these terms; the effective date above changes with them, and material changes will be announced on this page.
- These terms are governed by Italian law, with the courts of the owner's residence.
